ANR Pipeline remains on schedule to launch TC eConnects as our new transactional platform for business activities beginning October 1st.

First-Time TC eConnects Users
As part of our ongoing commitment to system reliability and security, TC eConnects deployed firewall enhancements on the evening of April 16, 2025. ANR customers who are new to the TC eConnects platform must update their firewall settings to ensure uninterrupted system access. As part of this change, the IP address for all applications on the new TC Energy tenant has changed. Please add the following IP addresses to your allowlist:

For Inbound:
 159.60.128.255
For Outbound:
 35.155.206.14
 44.246.65.167
 52.32.164.193

Please ensure that you, and your customers, allowlist these new IP addresses and keep the old address ranges in the allowlist until the change has been fully completed.

System Access Requirements
In anticipation of the system transition, a new Electronic Contracting Agreement ("ECA") for use of the Customer Activities Website is required. If a new ECA has not already been completed, please contact USEBBSecurity@tcenergy.com.

Email Communication Updates
Following your transition to TC eConnects, system-generated emails for ANR customers will originate from: uspl.tceconnects@tcenergy.com. Please configure your email settings to ensure messages from this address are delivered to your primary inbox rather than to your spam folders.

Transition Period Notice
Given TC eConnects' October 1st implementation date for all business transactions, there will be a brief overlapping period during which you will continue using Customer Activities (CA)/GEMS to complete September business and Prior Period Adjustments. Invoices for production periods prior to October 1, 2025 will be issued through the ANR GEMS application, including September Cashout invoices and Prior Period Adjustments for pre-October 1, 2025 production dates. Invoicing for October 1, 2025 production forward will be generated by TC eConnects. Note the key determining factor for which system generates your invoice is the production date, not the invoice date, meaning that any production period activity before October 1, 2025 will result in a GEMS invoice, regardless of when that invoice is actually issued. During the overlapping period, you will need to check both applications for invoices.

TC eConnects Training Schedule
As a reminder, TC eConnects is providing a series of training sessions via Microsoft Teams that will prepare our shippers for October business. This training schedule, with hyperlinks added, is posted at www.anrpl.com under What's New on the homepage. If you're unable to see the link titled "TC eConnects Training Schedule" we recommend clearing your browser's cache and reloading the page. You are strongly encouraged to attend the sessions relevant to your business needs.
