Improved Scheduled Quantity Shipper Reports

Kinder Morgan is enhancing the readability and formatting of some of our DART shipper and operator reports. As the first phase of this initiative, we're pleased to announce upcoming updates to the printable Report Subscription (RS) versions of the Scheduled Quantity Shipper Summary (RS) and Scheduled Quantity Shipper Detail (RS) reports that are scheduled to be updated in DART in mid-August 2025.

What's Changing:

These updates focus on improving clarity, layout, and usability. Key enhancements include:

  1. Streamlined Layout – A more compact and organized page format reduces the total number of printed pages.
  2. Improved Typeface – A high-readability, condensed font minimizes data truncation in larger fields.
  3. Use of Color – Color highlights variances and clearly separates report sections.
  4. Expanded Data – The detail report shows both receipt and delivery quantities for each line item.

Important Note for Export Users:

These formatting changes also affect the layout of exported files (e.g., CSV or Excel formats). We encourage shippers who rely on exported data to preview the updated report layouts in our STQA test environment and perform sample exports to evaluate the impact.

To access the STQA environment:

  1. Log in to the pipeline portal.
  2. Select NetIDart STQA Test.
  3. Navigate to: Flowing GasAdditional ReportsReport Subscription.
  4. View the following reports to see the new formatting:
    • Scheduled Quantity Shipper Summary (RS) – WNVL0003_RS
    • Scheduled Quantity Shipper Detail (RS) – WNVL0004_RS

If you have any questions, please contact your scheduling representative.

Looking Ahead:

Additional printable report subscription formats will be updated in future phases of this effort. Stay tuned for further announcements.
