*Updated to include the sale by Columbia to buyers at TCO PoolBinding Request for Proposals for Purchases and Sales of Natural Gas In order to ensure sufficient flowing supply into its system in northern Ohio, and in accordance with Section 49 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of its tariff, Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (“Columbia”) is soliciting offers and bids for: (1) the purchase of natural gas volumes by Columbia from sellers at points located in Market Areas 1 and 3; and (2) the sale of natural gas volumes by Columbia to buyers at TCO Pool or other mutually agreed points. RFP PeriodOpen: 11:00 AM CST, Thursday September 18, 2025Close: 11:00 AM CST, Monday September 22, 2025 Award Period: 12:00 PM – 01:30 PM CST Monday September 22, 2025 Request for Offers for the Sale of Natural Gas to ColumbiaA. Performance Obligation and Contract QuantityIn order to meet its operational needs, Columbia is soliciting offers for the sale to Columbia by sellers of packages of five thousand (5,000) MMBtu per day, of natural gas at Delivery Points located in Columbia’s Market Areas 1 and 3, as set forth more fully below. B. Delivery PointsThe Delivery Points at which Columbia is soliciting offers are set forth below, in order of preference based on operational needs:1. Maumee (Panhandle), Monclova (ANR) 2. Nexus Preference will be given to offers that provide Columbia with the flexibility, on an as-needed basis, to take delivery of the gas at alternate Delivery Points, based on operating conditions. Columbia is also willing to consider offers for sales at Delivery Points other than those listed above but reserves the right to reject any offer that would not satisfy Columbia’s operational needs. C. Delivery PeriodColumbia is soliciting offers for the period commencing October 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025. Columbia is willing to consider bids for the identified terms or on a monthly basis, but reserves the right to reject any bid that would hinder Columbia’s ability to meet its full operational requirements. Columbia will evaluate offers and bids based on the lowest cost options that meet Columbia’s operational needs. Prior to execution, Columbia will allow parties to refresh the bids or offers. Counterparties are not required but may submit both offers and bids. Columbia reserves the right to reject and remove from consideration any offers or bids in Columbia’s sole discretion. Columbia may consider awarding the aggregate of two or more offers or bids that result in the highest value and operational benefit. Columbia may also consider the net aggregate of offers or bids for multiple packages of gas. As a result, the purchase or sale volume allocated under any individual offer or bid may be reduced. Buyers or sellers who are not willing to accept a reduced allocation should so state in their offer or bid. RFP Awards and Contracting Process Columbia will evaluate the bids and offers submitted in this RFP and will determine which offers and bids meet Columbia’s operational needs at the lowest costs. Columbia will notify participants of the outcome of their proposals no later than 01:30 PM CST on Monday September 22, 2025. Columbia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any bid or offer that does not meet Columbia’s economic and operational needs. Columbia will negotiate to enter into binding agreements with those buyers and sellers that submit offers and bids which, in Columbia’s sole discretion, provide the lowest cost options and that meet Columbia’s operational needs.
