    Due to current and anticipated system conditions, transportation customers are advised to equalize receipts and deliveries so as to minimize

    the creation of due shipper imbalances on the CPL system.  In addition, CPL requests that Customers carefully review the requirements under

    their service agreements to ensure compliance. Compliance with the service agreement/tariff requirements will allow Customers to avoid

    additional charges and/or penalties, as well as avoid the potential issuance of customer specific OFOs.
