Reminder: Due to the Planned Service Outage posted on 09/10/2025 (Notice ID #1006479), the following restrictions will be in effect during
the Pleasant Valley Station outage from 09/15/2025 through 10/10/2025. Customers are reminded that these restrictions are subject to
change based on actual operating conditions and available facilities. There are no changes from the previous Notice (ID 1006484).
For the time period of gas days 09/15/2025 – 09/19/2025: COMPLETED
Receipts from Columbia Loudoun (Loc 37001) and EGTS Loudoun (Loc 47001) will flow as scheduled.
Receipts from Transco Pleasant Valley (Loc 45001) will flow as scheduled up to an aggregated 750,000 dekatherms
based on priority of service.
Deliveries to Transco Pleasant Valley (Loc 45001) will flow as scheduled.
Primary Deliveries* to the Cove Point Delivery Locations will flow as scheduled.
Cove Point will deliver, in aggregate, up to 300,000 Dekatherms of Secondary and IT deliveries* across the Cove
Point Delivery Locations.
For gas days 09/20/2025 – 09/21/2025:
Receipts from Columbia Loudoun (Loc 37001) and EGTS Loudoun (Loc 47001) will flow as scheduled.
Receipts and Deliveries from/to Transco Pleasant Valley (Loc 45001) will not be scheduled
Primary Deliveries* to the Cove Point Delivery Locations will flow as scheduled.
Cove Point will deliver, in aggregate, up to 20,000 dekatherms of Secondary and IT deliveries* across the Cove
Point Delivery Locations.
For the time period of gas days 09/22/2025 – 10/10/2025:
Receipts from Columbia Loudoun (Loc 37001) and EGTS Loudoun (Loc 47001) will flow as scheduled.
Receipts from Transco Pleasant Valley (Loc 45001) will flow as scheduled up to an aggregated 300,000 dekatherms
based on priority of service.
Deliveries to Transco Pleasant Valley (Loc 45001) will flow as scheduled.
Primary Deliveries* to the Cove Point Delivery Locations will flow as scheduled.
Cove Point will deliver, in aggregate, up to 20,000 dekatherms of Secondary and IT deliveries* across the Cove
