When corporation names were merged to a single login, it unintentionally removed agency access for some users. This happened because the original assignments were tied to the previous corporation name. Some user agencies were again lost this afternoon.
IT will deploy a fix during tonight's maintenance window to resolve an issue where agency assignments are not sticking after user security updates and access should be restored in the morning. Thank you for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience.
