Force Majeure – Eunice C Station
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Eunice C Compressor Station located in Lea County, New Mexico. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the EUN PECS and PECS EUN constraints will be reduced to zero dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective on May 30, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the EUN PECS and PECS EUN constraints.
The operational capacity through the Hobbs Power Plant Delivery location, 334841, (DHOBBSPP) will be reduced to zero dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on May 30, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).
The operational capacity through the Texaco Eunice Receipt location, 377034, (ITEXNEUN) will be reduced to zero dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on May 30, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).
The operational capacity through the Wantz Delivery location, 314547, (DWANTZDP) will be reduced to zero dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on May 30, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
