    Force Majeure – Blanco “A” Station

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an electrical equipment failure associated with its Blanco “A” Compressor Station located in San Juan County, New Mexico. Accordingly, the operational capacity at the 314444, Valverde Receipt (IMOITRKA), point location will be reduced to zero dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective on June 3, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact at the 314444, Valverde Receipt (IMOITRKA), point location.

    EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
