STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration – Location Specific DRAFT
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2025
IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%
DURATION: Until Further Notice
AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: Specific to the following locations.
IMSQUITE (398670)
DTEP S78 (301149)
OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system linepack level starts Gas Day July 1, 2025, within acceptable levels. Drafting by the above listed locations undermine EPNG's efforts to keep the line pack within these levels.
Deliveries in excess of scheduled quantities.
CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Immediate action is required to ensure that system pressures remain at a level capable of meeting scheduled deliveries off the system.
EPNG RESPONSE:
- Washington Ranch is on withdrawal.
- Underperformance caps will be placed on underperforming supplies.
- IHSW Service is Suspended.
