    STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration – Location-Specific DRAFT - Update #1 

      

    The EPNG system linepack starts Gas Day July 9, 2025, at an acceptable level.  However, based upon the extreme heat warning for the Phoenix area with its expected impact on operations and the recent drafting activity at this point late in the gas day, the location-specific SOC for a DRAFT condition for the location listed below, (Critical Notice No: 625466), will be extended for Gas Day July 9, 2025.

    Delivery point operators are encouraged to review their transport to ensure that their deliveries are in balance with their supplies. 

      

    Washington Ranch is on withdrawal.
