    Force Majeure Lifted – Gresham Station

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Thursday, September 25, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 626235) associated with its Gresham Compressor Station located in Culberson County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity at the WA2CORN and CORNTRN constraints effective on September 27, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).

     

    EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity at the WA2CORN and CORNTRN constraints.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
