    Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC (“Gulf South”) has limited operational flexibility due to
    higher-than-normal operating pressures. As a result, effective May 15, 2025, Gulf South is informing
    shippers that it cannot absorb due shipper imbalances across the system at this time:

    1. Shippers are not to deliver to the pipe more than scheduled quantities at receipt points.
    2. Shippers are not to take from the pipe less than scheduled quantities at delivery points.

    If shippers do not voluntarily comply with these provisions, Gulf South may be forced to take necessary
    scheduling actions to ensure scheduled quantities are commensurate with physical flow.
