CAPACITY RESERVATION POSTING – AMARILLO EXPANSION PROJECT

Pursuant to Section 5.1(c)(11) of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC Gas Tariff, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC (“Natural”) hereby gives notice that certain capacity, as described below, will be reserved for use in a future expansion of Natural's System. The project for which the capacity is being reserved will provide additional firm capacity from Natural's Midcontinent Zone for delivery in Texas and Oklahoma. The project is referred to as the “Amarillo Expansion Project” or “Project”. The projected in-service date of the Project is the first quarter of 2028.

In connection with the Project, Natural proposes to reserve the following capacity in accordance with the above-referenced tariff provision, until further notice.
