Update 5:

Northern has completed repairs to the
Claude compressor station. As a result, Northern will return the impacted allocation
groups to normal operating capacity, described in the table below, beginning
with the Intraday 3 nomination cycle for Gas Day May 27, 2025.

Update 4:

Northern continues unit testing at the
Claude compressor station. The current testing plan includes test runs through
Tuesday, May 27, 2025. If testing is successful, service could resume as early
as an intraday cycle for Gas Day Wednesday, May 28, 2025. However, any
significant setbacks within the next 24 hours may delay the return to service.
Northern will provide an update on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, once additional
information is available from the weekend testing. At this time, the posted
capacity impacts outlined below remain unchanged.














Update 3:

Northern is continuing to implement the
repair plan and will conduct unit testing over the holiday weekend. If testing
is successful, service is expected to resume early next week. However, if any
significant setbacks occur during testing, the return to service will be
delayed. The next update will be provided after testing concludes, but no later
than Tuesday, May 27, 2025. At this time, the posted capacity impacts outlined
below remain unchanged.

Northern has identified the issue at the
Claude compressor station and has begun executing a repair plan. Service is
expected to resume early next week. Updates will be provided as the repairs
progress, with the next update coming no later than Friday, May 23, 2025. At
this time, the posted capacity impacts outlined below remain unchanged.














Update 1:

An initial inspection of the Claude
compressor station is ongoing. Northern is currently developing a repair plan
but does not anticipate the station returning to service prior to next week at
the earliest. Updates will be provided as the repair plan develops, with the
next update coming no later than Monday, May 19, 2025. At this time, the posted
capacity impacts described below remain unchanged.












Original Notice:

Northern has experienced a
Force Majeure event at the Claude compressor station located in Claude, Texas,
which requires operating capacities for the Beaver North (Group 1025), Beaver C
and Beaver North (Group 1020), Brownfield North (Group 1022), Pampa North
(Group 1023) and Beaver C System (Group 31) allocation groups to be lowered
effective immediately and until further notice. Incremental nominations for the
allocation groups may not be accepted
for the Intraday 3 nomination
cycle
for Gas Day Tuesday, May 13, 2025, or the Evening nomination cycle for Gas Day
Wednesday, May 14, 2025. Northern will be required to allocate the groups to
the reduced operating capacities shown below beginning with the Timely
nomination cycle for Gas Day Thursday, May 15, 2025, and continuing until
resolved.
