Upcoming NGTL 2028 Greater Edmonton Area Service Offering
NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership (collectively “NGTL”) anticipates holding an offering in August and closing in September for Service under Rate Schedule FT-D for delivery of gas to Group 2 Delivery Points (“FT-D2”) or Group 3 Delivery Points (“FT-D3”) and Rate Schedule OS for extraction service (“OS-EXT”) in the Greater Edmonton Area ("GEA"), as a result of new expansion Facilities (“Expansion Service”) (“GEA Offering”).
The available Expansion Service is expected to be up to 85,000 GJ/day with a targeted service commencement date starting April 1, 2028, subject to NGTL’s determination of expansion facility readiness.
NGTL anticipates aligning the timing of this GEA Offering with an expected EGAT Open Season for expansion capacity.
Additional details on the GEA Offering participation, allocation and awarding processes will be provided on the Customer Express website anticipated in July.
