(“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 4:00 PM on Monday, June 23, 2025 and closed at 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 26, 2025. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated using the factors posted in the Open Season.
