    FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 25 (SEGMENT 125 FH) EFFECTIVE 7-18-2025

     

    Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of a Force Majeure event at Station 25 near Cleveland, TX.   Tennessee is investigating an issue at the compressor station. Personnel are currently onsite to estimate the length of the outage and to expedite the necessary repairs.  Tennessee estimates the impact of this outage to be up to 250,000 dths.  As such, Secondary In the Path services nominated through Segment 125 FH may be at risk as early as Timely Cycle for the gas day of Saturday, July 19, 2025 and until further notice.  Previously scheduled nominations for today's gas day, Friday, July 18, 2025, will not be curtailed.  However, all increases pathed through Segment 125 FH may be at risk.
