    To: All Transwestern Customers

    Subject: Force Majeure - Station 4 Compressor Station (Klagetoh, AZ).

    Reason: (Capacity Reduction) Station 4 has experienced a power outage due to wild fires.

    This Force Majeure event will affect the Mainline Thoreau West capacity.

    Gas Day June 30, 2025 (Intraday 1)

    Mainline Thoreau West capacity will be reduced from 1,250,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 1,100,000 MMBtu/d.

    Gas Day July 3rd, 2025

    Mainline Thoreau West capacity will increase from 1,100,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 1,250,000 MMBtu/d.

    Transwestern reserves the right to revise the above listed schedule. Please continue to monitor Transwestern website for updates and schedule changes.
