VCP Gas Quality Notification -- UPDATE

Valley Crossing Pipeline (VCP) notifies all parties that the following meters are not meeting the gas quality specifications set forth in Section 8.1.6 of VCP's Statement of Operating Condition (SOC). Therefore, the following meters may have their scheduled quantities reduced beginning Gas Day September 13, 2025:

For Gas Day September 13, 2025, and until further notice, VCP may be required to confirm down a portion of or all of the scheduled quantities at the meter noted above. VCP may be required to confirm down the scheduled quantities until the point operator can deliver gas within the gas quality parameters defined within 8.1.6 of VCP's SOC. 

As previously posted MR 40832 - WHISTLER PIPELINE and MR 45805 - TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE (DEL 40805/REC 40806), have not been consistently at or above the minimum heating value per Valley Crossing Pipeline's (VCP) Statement of Operating Conditions (SOC).  As such, VCP will continue to reduce receipt nominations to 700,000 Dth/d from MR 40832 - WHISTLER PIPELINE and receipt nominations will continue to 0 Dth/d for MR 45805 - TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE (DEL 40805/REC 40806).   Furthermore, on future gas days Timely Cycles, further reductions may be required until such time all Gas Quality parameters meet VCP's SOC.

VCP will post updates to the status of these meters as soon as they are known.
