LINK Station 2 Balancing - Recommended Shipper Setup

Station 2 Balancing jobs will run as follows, effective October 1, 2025:

Westcoast will run a preliminary balancing job at Station 2 at 5:00am MT.

• Out-of-tolerance quantities will cut to the lower of your Station 2 receipts or deliveries.
• Out-of-tolerance quantities are available in the Shipper Imbalance Summary screen in LINK.
• Shippers must have auto-renomination selected in order for nominations to re-nominate at the full amount on the next job run at 6:00am MT. Refer to attachment for set-up instructions.
• Confirming parties must have auto-confirm set up for a brief time to confirm the auto-renominations and allow the full quantities to schedule back up at the next job run at 6:00am MT. Refer to the attachment for set-up instructions.
• Given auto-renomination and auto-confirmation are in place, cut quantities will re-schedule in full at the 6:00am MT job run. Shippers are allowed to carry an imbalance as they work to correct out-of-tolerance quantities before the final balancing job run is applied.

Westcoast will run a final balancing job at Station 2 at 6:00pm MT.

• 6:00pm MT is the Nomination Deadline for ID3.
• LINK does not process auto-renominations after the 5:00pm MT job run.
• Any out of tolerance amounts at Station 2 will be cut down to the lower of your Station 2 receipts or deliveries at this time.

Reminder: With Station 2 balancing in effect, Supply Shippers cannot use Station 2 imbalances to offset Supply Imbalances.
