Operating Conditions – Action Alert Effective Beginning
Timely Cycle for Tuesday, August 17, 2021
Due to anticipated pipeline operating conditions beginning August 17, 2021,
Shippers are strongly encouraged to manage their system requirements to ensure
a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries. Shippers are also responsible for
monitoring their hourly usage to not exceed the contractual entitlements as
defined in Section 36.1 of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff.
In accordance with this Action Alert, effective beginning Timely cycle for Tuesday,
August 17, 2021, shippers shall not create imbalances greater than 2%.
Additionally, shippers shall not exceed their contractual hourly entitlements.
A shipper that a) accumulates imbalances greater than the aforementioned
tolerance and/or b) exceeds its contractual hourly entitlements will be subject to
penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of
Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred.
