Operating Conditions – Action Alert Effective Timely,
August 31, 2021
Due to anticipated pipeline operating conditions, effective Timely cycle for
Tuesday, August 31, 2021, Shippers are strongly encouraged to manage their
system requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries.
In accordance with this Action Alert, effective Timely cycle for Tuesday, August 31,
2021, Shippers:
• actual delivered quantity shall not be less than 2% of scheduled receipt
quantity. i.e., Don’t be Due shipper (long on transport contract) more than
2%
• actual receipt quantities at Quakertown shall not be more than 2% of
scheduled receipt quantities.
• delivered quantity shall not exceed its contractual hourly entitlements as
defined in Section 36.1 of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff.
A Shipper that a) accumulates imbalances greater than the aforementioned
tolerance and/or b) exceeds its contractual hourly entitlements will be subject to
penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of
Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred.
