Operating Conditions – Action Alert Effective ID1,
September 2, 2021
Due to anticipated pipeline operating conditions, effective ID1 cycle for Thursday,
September 2, 2021, Shippers are strongly encouraged to manage their system
requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries.
In accordance with this Action Alert, effective ID1 cycle for Thursday, September
2, 2021, Shippers:
• actual delivered quantity shall not be less than 2% of scheduled receipt
quantity. i.e., Don’t be Due shipper (long on transport contract) more than
2%
A Shipper that a) accumulates imbalances greater than the aforementioned
tolerance will be subject to penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General
Terms and Conditions of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which
such violation occurred.
