Operational Flow Order – Imbalance
Adelphia Gateway is issuing a point-specific Imbalance Operational Flow Order
(OFO) effective Timely cycle gas day June 13, 2020 until further notice.
Due to shipper imbalances will be limited at receipt location Quakertown. The
penalty shall apply to each dekatherm of actual receipt quantities that are less
than scheduled quantities minus 4,000 Dth or 96% of scheduled receipt
quantities.
Shippers with imbalances greater than the allowed tolerance will be subject to
penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of
Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred.
