Operating Conditions – Action Alert Effective April 6, 2022
In order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Adelphia Gateway, LLC is issuing this
Action Alert, Effective with the Timely Cycle for gas day April 6, 2022:
NORTH ZONE A
•
actual delivered quantity shal not exceed more than, due shipper (long), 4% of
scheduled delivered quantity or 4,000 dth whichever is greater.
•
actual delivered quantity shal not be less than, due pipeline (short), 4% of scheduled
delivered quantity or 4,000 dth whichever is greater.
A Shipper that a) accumulates imbalances greater than the aforementioned tolerance will be
subject to penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Adelphia
Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred.
Unratable hourly takes different from approved burn profiles from the system, may lead to
delivery pressures being lower than desired and result in further restrictions in order to maintain
the operational integrity of the system, including but not limited to, the issuance of a system
wide or location specific OFO.
Shippers shall monitor their hourly usage and ensure that actual deliveries conform to shippers’
burn profile as submitted and approved by Adelphia.
