Operating Conditions – System Wide Operational Alert
Effective April 15, 2022
Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is providing notice of limited flexibility to
manage imbalances. Shippers are strongly encouraged to manage their system
requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of daily receipts and deliveries while
not exceeding hourly entitlements based on scheduled volumes.
Shippers shall monitor their hourly usage and ensure that actual deliveries conform
to shippers’ burn profile as submitted and approved by Adelphia.
Imbalance make-up will not be allowed unless coordinated through your Scheduling
Representative.
Absent voluntary compliance, Adelphia may be required to take further action
including issuing Operational Flow Orders (OFOs) to maintain system integrity.
