Operating Conditions – Action Alert Terminated Effective May 24, 2022

Update to Critical Notice ID 318 posted on May 19, 2022

Effective with gas day May 24, 2022, the previously issued Action Alert is terminated.

Shippers are strongly encouraged to manage their system requirements to ensure a

concurrent balance of daily receipts and deliveries while not exceeding hourly

entitlements based on scheduled volumes.

Delivery Point Operators and Shippers not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff shall

monitor their hourly usage and ensure that actual deliveries conform to shippers’ burn

profile as submitted and approved by Adelphia.

Unratable hourly takes different from approved burn profiles, may lead to undesirable

operating conditions resulting in the issuance of restrictions, including but not limited to

a system wide or point specific OFO, to maintain the operational integrity of the system.

Please contact your Transportation Services Representative at (732) 245-3169 should you

have any questions.
