Operating Conditions – Action Alert Effective June 11, 2022

In order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Adelphia Gateway, LLC is issuing this Action

Alert, effective with the Timely Cycle for gas day June 11, 2022, and until further notice:

NORTH ZONE A

Actual delivered quantity shal not be less than 4% of scheduled delivered quantity or 2,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance either due shipper (long) or due Delivery

Point Operator that exceeds these tolerances.

NORTH ZONE B

No Restriction

SOUTH ZONE

Actual delivered quantity shal not be more than 4% of scheduled delivered quantity or 1,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Adelphia (short) that exceeds these

tolerances.

Actual delivered quantity shal not be less than 4% of scheduled delivered quantity or 1,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance either due shipper (long) or due Delivery

Point Operator that exceeds these tolerances.

Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff shal monitor their hourly

usage and ensure that actual deliveries conform to shippers’ burn profile as submitted and approved by

Adelphia.

Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff that a) accumulate

imbalances greater than the aforementioned tolerances will be subject to penalties as defined in Section

13.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such

violation occurred.

Unratable hourly takes different from approved burn profiles from the system, may lead to delivery

pressures being lower than desired and result in further restrictions to maintain the operational integrity

of the system, including but not limited to, the issuance of a system wide or point specific OFO.
