Operating Conditions – System Operational Alert

OFO Effective July 22, 2022 – ZONES NORTH A and B

UPDATE 1

In order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is issuing

an Operational Flow Order (OFO) pursuant to Section 13 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”)

of Adelphia’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”), effective 9:00 AM CPT July 22, 2022.

Prevailing lower delivery pressures at the Texas Eastern Quakertown supply interconnect has resulted in

historically low pressures on the Adelphia system. This could impact delivery locations requiring a higher

delivery pressure that source supply from this location.

Shippers delivering to locations requiring higher delivery pressures are encouraged to source supply from

alternate receipt points on the Adelphia system. Please refer to the Operationally Available Capacity

under Informational Postings/ Capacity for locations and available capacity.

Pursuant to Section 36 of the GT&C of the Tariff and this OFO, Adelphia is requesting the fol owing action

from shippers and delivery point operators:

NORTH ZONE A

1)

Delivery point operators shall not exceed a 1/24 hourly rate based on scheduled volumes.

2)

Shippers must adhere to approved burn profiles. Changes should be submitted to

AdelphiaScheduling@NJResources.com.

3)

Actual delivered quantity shal not be less than 3% of scheduled delivered quantity or 1,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance either due shipper (long) or due Delivery

Point Operator that exceeds these tolerances.

July 25, 2022

4)

Actual delivered quantity shal not be more than 3% of scheduled delivered quantity or 1,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Adelphia (short) that exceeds these

tolerances.

NORTH ZONE B

1)

Delivery point operators with preapproved unratable burn profiles wil not be subject to a 1/24

hourly restriction. Unratable system takes will be allowed if pre-approved and where sufficient

supply is scheduled to meet the delivery location demand.

2)

Shippers must adhere to approved burn profiles. Changes should be submitted to

AdelphiaScheduling@NJResources.com.

3)

Actual delivered quantity shall not be less than 3% of scheduled delivered quantity or 1,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance either due shipper (long) or due Delivery

Point Operator that exceeds these tolerances.

4)

Actual delivered quantity shall not be more than 3% of scheduled delivered quantity or 1,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Adelphia (short) that exceeds these

tolerances.

If a Shipper/point operator fails to comply with this Operational Flow Order, the Shipper/Point operator

shall be subject to a penalty as noted by Section 13.8.

Operational Flow Order penalty for each Dekatherm of Gas by which Shipper/point operator deviated

from the requirements of the Operational Flow Order equal to the product of 500% times the average

cash out price as determined pursuant to Section 8.7(a) of the GT&C of the Tariff for each Day that said

Operational Flow Order is in effect.
