Operational Flow Order – Imbalance
Adelphia Gateway is issuing a point-specific Imbalance Operational Flow Order
(OFO) effective gas day July 18, 2020 until further notice.
Due to shipper imbalances will be limited at receipt location Lower Mud Run. The
penalty shall apply to each dekatherm of actual receipt quantities that is less than
scheduled quantities minus 1,000dth or 90% of scheduled receipt quantities.
Due from shipper imbalances will also be limited at receipt location Lower Mud
Run. The penalty shall apply to each dekatherm of actual receipt quantities that is
greater than scheduled quantities minus 1,000dth or 110% of scheduled receipt
quantities.
Shippers with imbalances greater than the allowed tolerance will be subject to
penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of
Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred.
