Operating Conditions – System Wide Imbalance Operational Alert
Effective September 17, 2022 at 9:00 AM CPT
Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is providing notice of limited flexibility to manage
imbalances. Shippers are strongly encouraged to manage their system requirements to ensure
a concurrent balance of daily scheduled receipts and deliveries while not exceeding hourly
entitlements based on scheduled volumes.
Shippers shal monitor their hourly usage and ensure that actual deliveries conform to shippers’
burn profile as submitted and approved by Adelphia.
Unratable hourly takes that differ from approved burn profiles from the system may lead to
delivery pressures being lower than desired and could result in Adelphia issuing further
restrictions to maintain the operational integrity of the system, including but not limited to, the
issuance of a system wide or point specific Operational Flow Order (OFO) pursuant with Section
13 of the General Terms and Conditions of Adelphia’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”).
Imbalance makeup must be requested, in advance, via email for operational approval. All
requests should be emailed to AdelphiaScheduling@NJResources.com.
Please contact your Transportation Services Representative should you have any questions.
