System Wide Operational Alert: Revised Action Alert, Effective July 13, 2023

Update to Critical Notice ID 538

In order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is revising

the previously issued Action Alert, effective July 13, 2023, at 9:00 AM CPT, and until further notice:

ZONE NORTH A

Actual delivered quantity shal not be less than 5% of scheduled delivered quantity or 250 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance either due shipper (long) or due Delivery

Point Operator that exceeds these tolerances.

Actual delivered quantity shall not be more than 5% of scheduled delivered quantity or 2,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Adelphia (short) that exceeds these

tolerances

ZONE NORTH B

Actual delivered quantity shal not be less than 5% of scheduled delivered quantity or 250 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance either due shipper (long) or due Delivery

Point Operator that exceeds these tolerances.

Actual delivered quantity shal not be more than 5% of scheduled delivered quantity or 2,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Adelphia (short) that exceeds these

tolerances

ZONE SOUTH

Shippers are strongly encouraged to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent

balance of daily receipts and deliveries while not exceeding hourly entitlements based on

scheduled volumes.

Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff shall monitor their hourly

usage and ensure that actual deliveries do not exceed contracted hourly firm entitlements. Shippers and

Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff that accumulate imbalances greater than

the tolerances could be subject to force balancing and/or penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General

Terms and Conditions of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred.

Hourly takes that differ from approved burn profiles from the system could result in Adelphia issuing

further restrictions to maintain the operational integrity of the system, including but not limited to, the

issuance of a system wide or point specific OFO.
