OPERATING CONDITIONS – REMINDER SYSTEM WIDE OPERATING CONDITIONS
LOCATION SPECIFIC ACTION ALERT ISSUED: PECO-TILGHMAN, ZONE SOUTH

This is a courtesy posting as a reminder of the ongoing system wide imbalance alert and location specific Action Alert
in Zone South remains in effect as issued on May 17, 2024 per Notice ID 663.

This notice is active until further notice. Please contact your Transportation Services Representative should you have
any questions.

OPERATING CONDITIONS – SYSTEM WIDE OPERATING CONDITIONS
LOCATION SPECIFIC ACTION ALERT ISSUED: PECO-TILGHMAN, ZONE SOUTH
Effective May 17, 2024

Due to current operational imbalance management requirements, Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is issuing a
location specific Action Alert, effective May 17, 2024 at 12:00 PM CPT, and until further notice:

LOCATION SPECIFIC: PECO-TILGHMAN DELIVERY, ZONE SOUTH

 Actual delivered quantity shall not be less than 3% of scheduled delivered quantity or 100 dth, whichever

is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance either due shipper (long) or due Delivery Point Operator
that exceeds these tolerances.

Due to current market and operating conditions in the region, Adelphia is providing notice of limited flexibility to
manage imbalances. Due pipeline imbalance make-up is not available.

Imbalance make-up must be requested and approved, in advance, via email for operational approval. Requests for
imbalance make-up should be emailed to AdelphiaScheduling@NJResources.com.

Shippers are strongly encouraged to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of daily
receipts and deliveries while not exceeding hourly entitlements based on scheduled volumes.

Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff shall monitor their hourly usage and
ensure that actual deliveries do not exceed contracted hourly firm entitlements.

Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff that accumulate imbalances greater
than the aforementioned tolerances could be subject to force balancing and/or penalties as defined in Section 13.8

of the General Terms and Conditions of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation
occurred.

Hourly takes that differ from approved burn profiles from the system could result in Adelphia issuing further
restrictions to maintain the operational integrity of the system, including but not limited to, the issuance of a system
wide or point specific OFO.
