Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is providing a courtesy notice to remind customers of the Planned
Service Outage that was posted on September 3, 2025.

Planned Service Outage – Maintenance Project 23.027
Impact Area – Various Zone North A Locations
Outage Dates: October 7, 2025 through October 9, 2025


Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is providing further details on restrictions related to Project 23.027
Pipeline In-Line Inspection (ILI) under Planned Service Outages posted on Adelphia’s Informational
Postings site.

The scope of the work will require the following capacity changes to be in effect in Zone North A
effective October 7, 2025 at 9:00 AM CPT through October 10, 2025 at 9AM CPT.

Operational available capacity to the following Zone North A locations will be set to zero:

Receipt Locations:
Col-Gilbert
Transco Lower Mud Run Road North-A

Delivery Locations:
UGI Easton Road
MCSES North A

Additionally, deliveries to location LMBE A will be limited to a maximum hourly rate of 2,700 dth/hour
for the duration of the project.

As the pipeline inspection progresses, pipeline operators may experience fluctuating pressures
throughout the day. Adelphia will closely work with impacted operators.

At this time, Adelphia anticipates Zone North A to return to normal operating conditions with the start of
gas day October 10, 2025 at 9AM CST. Adelphia will make every effort to minimize the duration and
impact of the outage while ensuring the safety and integrity of the pipeline system.

Updates will be provided as available. Please continue to monitor Critical Notices, including the
Operational Available Capacity on Info Posts for changes.
