    Tall Oak/Panther Creek Underperforming Receipts To Arkoma Connector

    At approximately 11:00am this morning Tall Oak/Panther Creek ceased deliveries to Arkoma
    Connector Pipeline. It is our understanding a power outage at the Panther Creek processing
    facility caused the delivery failure into Arkoma Connector.

    At this time we do not know when power wil be restored and Tal Oak/Panther Creek may begin
    deliveries to Arkoma Connector. In order to protect the integrity of Arkoma Connector, receipts
    from Tal Oak/Panther Creek wil be scheduled to EPSQ for ID3 Gas Day 26.

    Once Tal Oak/Panther Creek is able to deliver volumes as scheduled, Arkoma Connector wil
    confirm volumes as nominated to downstream interconnects for the next confirmation cycle.
