Pursuant to the attached planned service outage notice posted 03/07/23 by Vector Pipeline, VECTOR
interconnect with Bluewater Gas Storage wil be unavailable for Gas Days 05/09/2023 – 05/11/2023.

To Vector Shippers:
During routine pipeline maintenance, Vector discovered a mechanical issue on the valve stem
assembly of Mainline Valve 28A. This valve is located at Milepost 305.6 in Macomb, County
Michigan along the 36-inch Milford Junction to Belle River segment, and functions as the station
block valve for the Washington Compressor Station. Repairing this equipment requires a
complete blowdown of an 11.1 mile section of pipeline. The blowdown, repair work and return
to service is estimated to take three days. The dates and facilities affected are listed below:
Current Schedule:
Tuesday, May 9
– Thursday, May 11, 2023
Impacted Facilities:
Vector mainline at the Washington, Michigan compressor station.
Nominations that have a path traversing this segment will not be
scheduled (applies to both westbound and eastbound flows).
Interconnections NOT available:
Washington 10 (Romeo, Milepost 305.6)
Consumers Energy-Ray (Milepost 307.5)
Bluewater Gas Storage (Lenox, Milepost 312.8)
This outage will
impact Vector’s firm service contracts and Demand Charge Credit mechanisms
under Vector’s FERC (GT&C Section 41) and NEB (GT&C Section 34) Gas Tariffs wil apply.
