Notice of Force Majeure Event

Per NOAA public advisory, Hurricane Delta is expected to make landfall in southwest Louisiana Friday
evening [ 10/9/2020 ].

Due to the current track of Hurricane Delta, Cameron Interstate Pipeline (“CIP”) is providing notice of a
Force Majeure Event pursuant to Section 8.21 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

All transportation services will be impacted for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

Effective for Gas Day1 [ 10/09/2020 ] beginning with the [ Timely ] cycle and until further notice,
transportation services will be unavailable.

Updates will be provided via informational postings to Pipeline’s EBB: CIP Informational Postings
