Mid-Summer Storage Update - Interruptible Services Balances

Based on relevant experience and current operational conditions, Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) is providing reasonable advance notice to Shippers and Operators using the interruptible services identified below of the anticipated reduction of the operational capabilities of CIG's system to provide those services.  As storage injection season progresses, firm Shippers will continue to fill the available storage capacity steadily reducing the capacity available for interruptible services in the storage fields. Additionally, CIG Bottom Hole Pressure Surveys (BHPS) are scheduled to begin on September 16, 2025, and continue through October 20, 2025 (as referenced in Notice #122484).  CIG's ability to absorb imbalances for the remainder of the storage injection season leading up to and during the BHPS period will continue to decline and be limited.  CIG anticipates that its ability to provide the interruptible services listed below will continue to decrease through the injection season and will likely be eliminated by the start of the BPHS, and possibly before that time.

With this expectation, receipt point Operators supplying gas into CIG's pipeline should monitor their flow rates to ensure natural gas flows do not exceed scheduled quantities, and delivery point Operators taking deliveries from CIG's pipeline should monitor their flow rates to ensure natural gas flows do not fall short of scheduled quantities to prevent balances from increasing during this time.

Shippers and Operators using those interruptible services should also begin to nominate or operate to reduce balances on such services to zero (0) dth.

Although CIG is not implementing restrictions to the interruptible services listed below at this time, when CIG's system does not have the continued capabilities to provide those services it will issue a notice of the restrictions.  Under those restrictions, Shippers and Operators using these services may be required under the applicable provisions CIG's FERC Gas Tariff to nominate to reduce 10% or 5,000 dth (whichever is greater) of the outstanding balance each day until balances are reduced to zero (0) dth and balances not reduced to zero (0) dth may become the property of CIG pursuant to the applicable CIG's FERC Gas Tariff depending on the interruptible service.

·          IS-1 - Storage Service – Interruptible

·          IS-Y - Interruptible Young Storage Service

·          IS-T - Interruptible Totem Storage Service

·          SS-1 - Swing Service - Interruptible (with a balance owed to the Operator)

·          SS-HP - High Plains Swing Service – Interruptible (with a balance owed to the Operator)
