Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. July 11, 2025 Force Majeure Declared Segment 154 |
|
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has identified a pipeline anomaly on its Line 70B - 16” Rawlins – Muddy Gap pipeline that requires immediate repairs. The necessary resources will be available for the repairs on Tuesday July 15, 2025. The repairs will require the pipeline from Rawlins Station MLV 7.1 to MLV 4.6 Muddy Gap Station to be shut in. Consequently, the capacity on Segment 154 (WDDC) WIND RIVER DRY will be reduced to zero in both forward and backhaul directions during the repairs. Receipts and Deliveries North of Segment 154 (WDDC) WIND RIVER DRY must net to zero during this Force Majeure Event. Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Timely Cycle Gas Day July 15, 2025, until repairs are complete. |
