Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers the MarkWest Energy maintenance at its Langley Plant in Kentucky is complete (see Notice ID 25951514 for details). However, TCO reminds customers the maintenance on Line PM-17 is ongoing, and the associated capacity restrictions, outlined below, remain in effect until further notice. 828745 – ABARTA-LESLIE – 0 Total Capacity833328 – PORTER HEIRS – 0 Total Capacity833505 – RIVER BRANCH PM17 – 0 Total Capacity834106 – WALKER-PM17 – 0 Total Capacity834944 – BRUSHY PM-17 – 0 Total Capacity835559 – PIKEVILLE WEST – 0 Total Capacity839178 – Kinzer Mare Creek – 0 Total CapacityCNR02 – CHK-Boldman – 7,500 Total Capacity (zero non-firm) Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract. TCO has and will continue to perform all due diligence to complete the necessary repairs as soon as reasonably possible. This necessary measure is being taken to maintain the safety and reliability of the system. At this time, certain receipt meters upstream of the blockage are unable to flow.As a result, the following meters will be reduced to zero total capacity effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day September 5, 2025, and continuing until further notice:833505 – RIVER BRANCH PM17834106 – WALKER-PM17834944 – BRUSHY PM-17Based on operating conditions, including the logistics involved with the inspections of the pipeline, TCO anticipates the capacity restrictions will remain in effect through mid-September 2025. The anticipated dates and impact are subject to change based on outage logistics, including but not limited to site infrastructure, equipment, accessibility, and weather. TCO will provide updates as additional information becomes available.Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract.
