Due to current operating conditions and anticipated system utilization, EGTS will continue to implement the South to North
transportation restriction ("Valley Gate" restriction). When restricted, all transportation from a southern receipt point to a
northern delivery point will require South to North primary entitlement rights through Valley Gate to perform this
transaction.
While this restriction is in place, any future nominations that do not comply with the South to North Valley Gate restriction
will be reduced by EGTS.
