    Force Majeure Lifted – Puckett Station

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Thursday, May 22, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 624973) associated with its Puckett Compressor Station located in Pecos County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity through the PUC WAHA constraint effective June 1, 2025, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity through the PUC WAHA constraint.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
