Subject: FMJ Lifted - Window Rock A and B |
Force Majeure Lifted – Window Rock A and B Stations
The Force Majeure event declared on Sunday, June 29, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 625381) associated with its Window Rock A and B Stations located in Apache County, Arizona has been resolved. The wildfire no longer poses a threat to the facility and as such, EPNG will be returning the station to service. The capacity through the NORTH ML constraint will be restored effective June 30, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity through the NORTH ML constraint.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
