Force Majeure – Line 2004 Third-Party Line Strike
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced a third-party line strike on Line 2004, located in Graham County, Arizona, requiring the isolation of the line to perform repairs. The following locations will be reduced to EPSQ, effective Gas Day July 8, 2025, Intraday 3 Cycle (Cycle 5) and 0 dekatherms per day (Dth/D) effective Gas Day July 9, 2025, Evening Cycle (Cycle 2) until further notice.

EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact to these locations. Additionally, EPNG will provide updates on the expected return to service as more information becomes available.
This outage constitutes an event of force majeure under Section 11.3 General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
