    Force Majeure Lifted – Dimmitt Station – Unit #1

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No(s) 625031 and 625118) associated with its Dimmitt Compressor Station Unit #1 located in Lamb County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the AMAR N and AMAR S constraints effective July 16, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increased capacity through the AMAR N and AMAR S constraints.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
