    Force Majeure – Eunice C Station – Unit #3 – Update #3

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) is providing this update to the mechanical failure repair for its Eunice C Compressor Unit #3 located in Lea County, New Mexico (Reference Critical Notice No(s). 625249, 625407, and 625484). EPNG now anticipates completing the repair to its Eunice C Compressor Station Unit #3 on August 8, 2025. This maintenance is posted to EPNG's monthly July and August maintenance.

    EPNG currently anticipates restoring the capacity at the Texaco Eunice Receipt, 377034, (ITEXNEUN) point location effective August 9, 2025.

    EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
