| Subject: Force Majeure - Bluewater Station |
Force Majeure – Bluewater Station
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Bluewater Compressor Station located in McKinley County, New Mexico. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint will be reduced by 272,433 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective on September 19, 2025, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the CAPROCK N constraint.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
