| Subject: Force Majeure - Eunice C Unit #3 |
Force Majeure – Eunice C Station – Unit #3
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Eunice C Compressor Station Unit #3 located in Lea County, New Mexico. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the Texaco Eunice Receipt, 377034, (ITEXNEUN) point location will be reduced to zero dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective on December 2, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the Texaco Eunice Receipt, 377034, (ITEXNEUN) point location.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
