Equitrans L.P. (Equitrans Gathering) will be performing pipeline fabrications on its’ H-13 pipeline due to the construction of the MVP pipeline in the
Waynesburg / Taylor County Aggregate and the H-1 / H-10 Aggregate on May 1, 2018 and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General
Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
The following Customer Receipt Meters: # 24468, 4293401 and 4264301 must be shut in on May 1, 2018 until further notice.
In addition, Dominion Hope Meters #31978512, #33614349, #31479312, 34519206 must be shut on May 1, 2018. Estimated time of outage for the Dominion
Meters is 12 hours.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including,
but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a resultof such failure, (2) a penalty of
$25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they can turn back in-line.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
