Equitrans L.P. (Equitrans Gathering) is providing notice that there has been a change to the estimated duration for the F-1153 pipeline maintenance
that started on July 17, 2018. The new estimated duration is now 48 hours, concluding on July 19, 2018

Equitrans L.P. (Equitrans Gathering) will be performing pipeline maintenance on its’ F-1153 Pipeline in the West Union Aggregate on July 17, 2018
and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

In conjunction with this maintenance the following meters must be shut in by
8:00 am ET on July 17, 2018,
Meters: #21227, #22507, #23442, #23802, #604535.1, #23394.

In addition, the following People’s Natural Gas consumer meters must be shut in by 8:00 am ET on July 17, 2018: Meters: #4045948, #4041046

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages
including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such
failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control,
and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO
penalty.

Equitrans is not requiring customers to adjust nominations during this outage/maintenance.

Estimated time of outage is 24 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when
they can turn back in-line.
